WE ARE HIRING – Tricycle Sales Representative

Industry: Agro & Food Processing  
Location: Ipaja, Lagos  
Salary: Very Competitive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and end users.

• Distribute products using a company tricycle within assigned routes.

• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure timely product deliveries and proper stock handling.

• Collect customer payments and reconcile daily sales where required.

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.

• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.

• Prepare daily sales and activity reports.

• Ensure the company tricycle is properly maintained and kept in good working condition.

• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• SSCE, Trade Test, or OND qualification.

• Minimum of 2– 3years' experience in retail sales, field sales, or product distribution.

• Experience riding and operating a tricycle for commercial distribution.

• Valid driver's licence and riding permit.

• Good knowledge of Lagos road network, particularly the Ipaja axis.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Must be target-driven with a positive attitude.
